For the third time in Japan, TRANOÏ TOKYO has celebrated its 1st anniversary by moving to the iconic Yoyogi National Stadium, presenting an expanded vision of fashion in Tokyo. This edition gathered 1.5 times more exhibitors than before, representing 35 countries. As always, fashion brands were at the heart of the show, but this time, TRANOÏ TOKYO also explored fashion-related cultural content beyond traditional brands. Highlights included U/Music’s band T-shirts from Universal Music’s fashion label, a pop-up by the Parisian icon bookstore 0fr., and a record boutique by Adult Oriented Records. Thanks to this wider scope, the event attracted not only buyers but also KOLs, influencers, and stylists, broadening its impact beyond the usual BtoB frame. From exhibitor feedback, it became clear that Asian buyers are beginning to recognize Tokyo as a place to discover not only Japanese labels but also fashion from all over the world. This third edition has therefore become a symbolic milestone, showing that TRANOÏ TOKYO is rapidly establishing itself as the leading international trade show in Asia.
